Organizer Bootcamp 3.0

This mid-level training builds on Organizer Bootcamp 1.0 and 2.0 and is designed for organizers with two to three years experience who have completed Organizer Bootcamp series and have met the benchmarks for a new organizer (have led a public action moving more than 200 people to act, and are building relational power around themselves).

Now that participants have mastered the fundamentals of organizing, they will focus on a set of next level skills related to wielding a base of power: ordering and prioritizing relationships, elements of effective teams, enrolling leaders into campaign plans, longer term organizing plans, and introduction to fundraising.
